Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The platform does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, quality, or outcomes of the services rendered by the channel partners. The platform shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the consultations or actions of any channel partner.

2. No Liability for Clients' Actions: Users (clients) agree to use the platform in accordance with its terms and conditions and to respect the rights and professionalism of the channel partners. Indemnification: By using the platform, both users and channel partners agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from any breach of these terms, acts, or omissions, or any claim or dispute between the user and the channel partner.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law: Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or related to the use of this platform, including but not limited to claims arising from the services provided by channel partners or users, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall lie with the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Users and channel partners agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

7. Acknowledgment: By accessing or using the platform, users and channel partners acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, and that the platform is not responsible for any actions or claims arising from the services provided.
